Our Company collects your data so that we can:

Process your order, provide services and manage your account.

Identify you uniquely on our IT systems and hold relevant contact information as well as scanned ultrasound images.

We will not share your data / images with any other companies / individuals.

 

How do we store your data?

Our Company securely stores your data within our booking portal and on-premise IT systems.

Data will be securely stored and encrypted on our on-premise IT systems.
Data will also be stored in cloud locations. This will be secured by 2 factor authentication.

Images sent electronically to service users, will be transferred using a link to an encrypted download service. The images will be encrypted whilst being transferred.
It is the service users responsibility to store this data for their personal use.
 

How long will we keep your data?
Our Company will keep your scan images and data for five years.
Once this time period has expired, we will delete your data by permanently deleting your images and data from our system.

 

Marketing

Our Company would like to send you information about products and services of ours that we think you might like.

 

You have the right at any time to stop Our Company from contacting you for marketing purposes or giving your data to other members of the Our Company Group.

 

If you no longer wish to be contacted for marketing purposes, please notify us by email.
